I'd like to expose you, and very briefly, my own proposed solution which is based on two key factors: Recognition and Forgiveness.
This proposal was the result of my extensive doctoral research, and is developed and justified throughout my 400 pages of my book, particularly given that legal means are nearly impossible:
For Turkey to recognize the Armenian genocide and that a crime of genocide was perpetrated by the Ottoman Empire in 1915 against the Ottoman Armenians will be good enough! Given that legal means are almost inaccessible and there is no room but for the extrajudicial means to resolute the effects of the crime, and regarding only the moral responsibility of Turkey toward this human case that affects all of humanity and international security, it is reasonable and appropriate for the victims and martyrs of this crime, that the successor state of the Ottoman Empire, ie Turkey recognizes the genocide.
This recognition is an extreme moral reward, fair compensation, a noble and honorable conduct, as well as satisfaction for the Armenians of the world. Victims absolutely deserve this recognition.
And let Armenians around the world, those living in Armenia and outside Armenia, and after this recognition, evades all requests and demands of any kind whatsoever: they can declare: "We want nothing! We do not want the land! We do not want money! We do not want compensation! It means nothing else for us than the recognition! ". It’s the martyrs who deserve recognition and moral compensation, and not us.
LET US BE NOBLE AND BRAVE IN HEART AND IN MIND. BEING BRAVE IS THE QUALITY OF GREAT MEN.
THEM, THEY MADE A BLOODY GENOCIDE; BUT US, LET’S MAKE A HUMANITARIAN AND CULTURAL GENOCIDE.
We must live in peace at last! Turkish and Armenian generations are born and live in hatred, revulsion and aversion! Almost a century has elapsed since the commission of the killings, and nothing has changed so far! You have to be brave and kind! Stubbornness will get nowhere! What did the two countries won throughout the crisis that continues not to finish! The border between the two countries is already closed for 20 years, and after! It's time to look in the same direction, to see what the two countries have in common, since it can bring good and many benefits on all levels of their life.
We need to break the deadlock!
